  1. Pricing
    All prices listed on our website reflect current rates and are subject to change without notice. We will honor the prices confirmed at the time your order is placed.

  2. Returns
    Due to the nature of live animals and hatching eggs, we are unable to accept returns.

  3. Permits & Compliance
    Customers are responsible for ensuring they have any required state or local permits for transporting or raising quail.

  4. Shipping & Delivery for Hatching Eggs
    Eggs typically ship 3–7 days after the order is placed via USPS or FedEx. To help ensure you receive a full count, we include an additional 10% of eggs with every order. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules or weather conditions.

  5. Care & Responsibility
    Upon delivery, customers assume full responsibility for the care and well-being of the birds or eggs. We guarantee healthy birds and fertile eggs at the time of shipping/pickup or delivery, but factors beyond our control can affect outcomes, including hatch rates.

  6. Health & Use
    All eggs are sold for hatching purposes only and are not intended for consumption.

  8. General

    Once our commercial facility is up and running by our expected date in 2026, Ethridge Quail Farm plans to obtain NPIP (National Poultry Improvement Plan) certification to ensure the highest standards of bird health and biosecurity.
